Our Process

Initial Phase: Design, Drawings, Estimate

Our initial design and drawing services and subsequent estimate for cabinetry only are prepared at no cost to you. Our initial designs take into consideration your existing space, wish list and architectural considerations. There is no cost for the first drawing and cabinetry estimate. The drawings will remain the property of Colorado Kitchen Designs.

Phase II: Finalize Design and Select Materials

We work together to finalize the design and select cabinetry and other products in this phase (countertops, back splash material, etc.). Design revisions are worked out as well. We consult with many of our clients on other aspects of design, including tile, lighting, paint, decorative hardware, plumbing fixtures and more. These services can be worked into this phase of your project

Phase III: Purchase Agreement

With the final design complete, we'll begin our ordering and payment process. Terms are 50% upon ordering and 50% upon delivery (not installation) of cabinets to the job site or our Denver warehouse. Please note that we do not accept credit cards. Products are ordered after the initial 50%.

Final Phase: Delivery and Installation

Arrangements are made with you and / or contractor for a safe and timely delivery of your cabinetry. We work closely with the installer to insure that the final outcome of your cabinetry is according to plan.

We work closely with your selected contractor to install the final product. We pride ourselves in visiting your job site several times to ensure a high quality of work is done.
